By purchasing a Low Tide Design Studio template, you agree to the following:

For every template that you purchase, it may be used for one website only. If you’d like to use the template for a second website, you’ll have to purchase a second template, and so forth.

If you are a designer and using the template to build a website for a client of yours, you may not claim or promote my designs as your own.

You are prohibited from reselling the design or claim the design as your own. 

You may not share the template, assets, resources, or any aspect of the design or its elements provided in your purchase with anyone else.

Any and all photography provided with the template is for demonstration purposes only and copyrighted to its original creator. You must replace these photographs with your own or source images yourself. We hold no liability for any image licensing / copyright issues that may occur through your unlawful use of the supplied images.

The design is copyrighted Low Tide Design Studio, LLC and Low Tide Design Studio, LLC owns the rights to all designs and files (excluding any photography) included in your purchase and design.

You agree that your completed website design may be used in our template showcase, sales pages or on our social media for demonstration and promotion purposes.

Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the template products, there are not returns, refunds, or exchanges. Please review the template demos and features carefully prior to purchasing. If you have any template specific questions, please contact me before purchasing at ellen@lowtidedesignstudio.com.

Template Support Policy

I am more than happy to help with any issues relating to the template itself, the basic customization, and any problems you might run into getting your site set up.

Unfortunately, I don't have the capacity to help with general Squarespace related questions, additional independent coding modifications, or any problems you are having with software.

Additional Purchases

All of the templates, as noted, will require you to purchase a Squarespace Business subscription as well as a domain to get your website up and running. Low Tide Design Studio, LLC is not responsible for these purchases.
